DONALD STEINBERG, President
Mr. Steinberg has a life-long career in international sales and marketing. Most recently, in the mid 1990's, Mr. Steinberg co-founded and ran "One World Communications, Inc.", which became the largest International multi-level marketing telecommunications sales force with over 180 offices in over 100 countries. Mr. Steinberg proved his innovative concepts as he consistently grew market penetration and income through a network of over 100,000 highly motivated independent sales agents.
Through the resources already developed in his successful telecom business, Mr. Steinberg has provided Club Vivanet, Inc. with the solid financial foundation on which it has built the business to date.
His recruitment of a proven sales and financial management team solidifies the company position as one of the top leading sales and marketing companies internationally.
ROERTA STEINBERG VP, Director
Roberta Steinberg brings years of International marketing to the team. She has established, staffed and has operated offices in many countries. She is adept at opening new markets and establishing the foundation for the development of those markets. Roberta is tri-lingual, which is a big asset to our operations in S. America . She is responsible to build out S. America and create agent sales team throughout the region. She will provide the training and support to help insure their success.
JAMES L. HANCOCK, Director
Mr. Hancock earned a Juris Doctorate from California School of Law, San Diego , CA and a Bachelors of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
After his graduation from law school, he represented an investment group and was appointed President and CEO until the investment group sold its interest in 1982.
In 1983, as CEO of Partner Management Company, Del Mar, CA, Mr. Hancock created investment partnerships and joint ventures for natural gas drilling and real estate. From 1988 to 1991, Mr. Hancock was President of American Comtel Corporation, a telecommunications management company. From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Hancock served as a private investment banker and consultant to companies in developing sales and marketing strategies. In 1998, Mr. Hancock became a Principal of Shoreline Partners, LLC, a middle market merger and acquisition company located in San Diego , CA .
In 2001, Mr. Hancock was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Global Links Corp., a publicly held company. In 2004, Mr. Hancock was named Chief Operating Officer of Global Links Card Services, a subsidiary of Global Links Corp., where he launched and operated a prepaid Visa and MasterCard program, branded as FastMax Rewards.
In 2007, Mr. Hancock was hired by Continuum Payment Solutions, Inc. an international payment processor, as Director of Business Development. He was responsible for integrating new multi-national companies with virtual payment and Visa/MasterCard payout solutions.
In 2008, Mr. Hancock joined Club Vivanet, Inc. where he has brought all his years of experience to provide invaluable assistance.
FRED ERICKSON
Fred has a long career in network marketing, having worked with many MLM companies. He has built teams of over 100,000 agents into his prior companies. Fred is assisting the company in the management and support of the MLM activities of the company, as well as assisting in determining compensation plans, bonus pools and overall support. One of the most important positions in any organization is that of the training and support of the new agents. Fred eminently fulfills this requirement and is well liked by our entire team of associates.
